- Epstein-Barr reactivation syndrome
- Post-Treatment Lyme Disease Syndrome
Evaluation and treatment may include:
- Detailed review of symptoms, prior infections, previous testing, treatments, and medication history
- Focused immune and inflammatory laboratory testing
- Assessment for allergic, immune-deficiency, autoimmune, or inflammatory conditions that may contribute to persistent symptoms
- Evaluation of prolonged or recurrent symptoms following viral or other infections
- Laboratory assessment of patients with Long COVID
- Review and interpretation of appropriate EBV testing
- Evaluation of persistent symptoms following appropriately treated Lyme disease, including Post-Treatment Lyme Disease Syndrome (PTLDS)Treatment directed toward identified inflammatory or immune-mediated contributors
- Symptom-directed management for selected manifestations
- Medications to reduce inflammation or modify immune activity when appropriate
- Monitoring of symptoms, laboratory markers, and response to treatment
- Management of overlapping allergic or immune conditions
- Lifestyle and supportive strategies tailored to the patient’s symptoms and functional limitations
- Coordination with rheumatology, infectious disease, neurology, cardiology, pulmonology, or other specialists when appropriate
