Evaluation and treatment may include:


  • Detailed review of symptoms, prior infections, previous testing, treatments, and medication history
  • Focused immune and inflammatory laboratory testing
  • Assessment for allergic, immune-deficiency, autoimmune, or inflammatory conditions that may contribute to persistent symptoms
  • Evaluation of prolonged or recurrent symptoms following viral or other infections
  • Laboratory assessment of patients with Long COVID 
  • Review and interpretation of appropriate EBV testing
  • Evaluation of persistent symptoms following appropriately treated Lyme disease, including Post-Treatment Lyme Disease Syndrome (PTLDS)Treatment directed toward identified inflammatory or immune-mediated contributors
  • Symptom-directed management for selected manifestations
  • Medications to reduce inflammation or modify immune activity when appropriate
  • Monitoring of symptoms, laboratory markers, and response to treatment
  • Management of overlapping allergic or immune conditions
  • Lifestyle and supportive strategies tailored to the patient’s symptoms and functional limitations
  • Coordination with rheumatology, infectious disease, neurology, cardiology, pulmonology, or other specialists when appropriate
